The Grado RS1 is a hand-built, open-back headphone crafted from a tri-wood housing of cocobolo, hemp, and maple. This layered construction creates a controlled presentation with expressive midrange detail and musical immediacy. At its core is a 50mm X2 dynamic driver featuring a Mylar diaphragm, copper voice coil, and rare earth magnetic system. The RS1 features a Signature Gold headband assembly with engraved aluminum gimbals, stainless steel height rods, and a genuine leather headstrap.
