The Grado Opus4 serves as the entry point to the Timbre Series, expertly crafted from an American Maple housing. Featuring an aluminum cantilever and a nude elliptical diamond stylus, this cartridge delivers a balanced and accessible audio presentation. It utilizes Grado’s patented flux-bridger moving iron design with low moving mass and a 6N OCC copper internal signal path, which undergoes cryogenic treatment for enhanced clarity and musicality. Designed for smooth treble, present midrange, and composed low frequencies, it is available in both high-output and low-output configurations and is eligible for the Grado Wood Cartridge Upgrade Program.
