Tone Winner SW-D8000 Dual 15″ Ported Subwoofer

Tonewinner SW-D8000 Active Subwoofer 1500W 3 Ohm 13Hz – 220Hz 

The SW-D8000 is an active subwoofer from Tonewinner. It features two (15″) subwoofers drivers with low distortion, wide linear excursion and dynamic range. It is thus capable of delivering deep, punchy bass, particularly effective within a home-cinema system for total immersion.

The SW-D8000 also features a powerful, high-output 1500W Class D amplifier, capable of delivering 8000W (3Ω) peak P-P power, to perfectly accompany the two large loudspeakers. The design of the drivers, with paper diaphragm, rubber suspensions, large OFC copper coil and double magnet, ensures optimum performance.
Five front-mounted vents enhance low-frequency diffusion. These can also be plugged with the supplied foams, for a closed system with improved transient response and distortion.
The whole unit is housed in a sturdy MDF case with oak-effect veneer. The internal structure of the cabinet itself is optimized to reduce standing waves.

The rear panel of the SW-D8000 subwoofer features an LCD display and four touch-sensitive buttons for adjusting the subwoofer’s DSP. The SW-D8000 can also be controlled remotely using the free mobile app, via an intuitive graphical interface. Settings include a high-pass/low-pass filter, phase inversion (0/180°), 7-band parametric equalizer, trigger sensitivity adjustment, low-power mode and pass-through mode. Four profiles are also available: Deep Mode, Normal Mode, Strong Mode and User Mode (custom profile).

Connectors include an XLR balanced input, an RCA unbalanced input, an RCA line input and an RCA SW output. Finally, the SW-D8000 also benefits from a complete protection system against overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature and short-circuit.
