To say these guys know what their talking about is an understatement. I dealt with two employees and both were outstanding.

- Ordered a book shelf stereo through EQ Audio. Did the order on-line in September of 2021. Prior to ordering Michelle corresponded by email with me advising the pandemic impacted supply and that she could place the order but it would likely be a while before the item would be received. I have never done business before with EQ Audio in the past. Regardless, I placed the order and paid for it in full. Michelle kept me in the loop and updated.
